How do you connect u-verse to TV?
1.       Examine your TV for the connection ports available. Firstly, Connect the set-top box, or STB, to your HDTV with an HDMI cable. If your TV doesn't have an HDMI port but does have a DVI port, you can connect this to the HDMI port on the STB using an HDMI-to-DVI adapter. Because DVI transmits the only video, you'll also require connecting the audio ports using RCA cables.

2.       In the next step, connect the TV and STB using a coaxial cable if your TV doesn't have DVI or HDMI. The coaxial cable connects to the STB's RF "Out to TV" terminal and the TV set's RF "Antenna In" terminal.

3.       Connect the TV to the STB using 3 AV cables -- 2 for audio and 1 for video. Connect the audio/video output from the STB to a similar input on the TV.The red, white as well as yellow AV cables plug into the red, white, and yellow (respectively) AV Out jacks on the STB and the red, white and yellow AV In jacks on the TV set.

4.       Plug the STB's power cable into the "Power" jack located on the rear of the STB. Plug the opposite end of the cable into an electrical outlet. Turn on the TV and STB.

5.       Set the TV to channel three if a coaxial cable was used to connect the STB to the TV. Use the TV remote's "Input" button to set the television's video input to the actual input option. For example, if you connected with HDMI, use the HDMI input option on the TV's input menu. How to fix at&t internet outage map issues & att bill pay phone number.
